At Hafiz Book Town, we aim to deliver your orders safely and conveniently across Pakistan. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing, delivery timelines, shipping charges and other delivery-related information.

1. Delivery Coverage

Hafiz Book Town currently offers delivery across Pakistan through trusted courier and logistics partners.

Delivery availability may vary depending on the destination and courier coverage.

2. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days

• Other Cities & Areas: 3–6 business days

• Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may take longer during public holidays, promotional campaigns, severe weather, courier delays, security restrictions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges will be calculated according to the order, delivery location and any active shipping offer.

The applicable shipping fee will be displayed or communicated before your order is confirmed.

Free Shipping

If Hafiz Book Town offers free shipping on selected orders or above a specific order value, the terms and conditions of that offer will apply.

5. Order Tracking

Where tracking information is available, Hafiz Book Town may provide a tracking number or tracking link after your order has been dispatched.

You may also contact us for an update regarding your order.

6. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including:

• Full name

• Complete delivery address

• City

• Area/locality

• Active phone number

• Any useful delivery instructions

Hafiz Book Town is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect, incomplete or unreachable delivery information provided by the customer.

7. Failed Delivery

A delivery may be considered unsuccessful if:

• The customer is unavailable

• The provided phone number cannot be reached

• The address is incorrect or incomplete

• The customer refuses to receive the order

• The customer does not respond to the courier

• The courier is unable to access the delivery location

Additional delivery charges may apply if an order needs to be re-dispatched.

Repeated refusal or failure to receive Cash on Delivery orders may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

8. Damaged Package

If your package appears seriously damaged at the time of delivery, please contact Hafiz Book Town as soon as possible.

Where possible, take clear photographs or video of the package and product before opening or immediately after opening it. This may help us investigate the issue with the courier.

9. Missing or Incorrect Items

If an item is missing or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Order number

• Product details

• Clear photographs/videos where applicable

• Description of the issue

We will review the matter and provide an appropriate solution according to our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Delivery Delays

Hafiz Book Town works with third-party courier companies and cannot guarantee an exact delivery date or time.

Delays may occur because of:

• Weather conditions

• Public holidays

• Courier operational issues

• High order volumes

• Security restrictions

• Incorrect addresses

• Natural disasters

• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
